Want to cancel your session for any reason? This can be done free of charge if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance; this can be done by phone or e-mail or cancel your appointment yourself. If you do not come to your appointment without timely cancellation (no show) but have paid, there will be no refund of the booked session.
