You do your best and find out that that pink cloud is not always there. You like clarity, Structure and would like to regain some control. But sometimes things run into trouble for a while: your child suffers from discomforts, is weepy, something is wriggling or sleeping doesn’t want to go smoothly. You begin to doubt…

I am Ilse, mom of 2. In my practice, which I have been running for 18 years, I am now an expert in reading Babies.
What do I do in my Baby Practice? A lot! I have been teaching baby massage courses since 2007, baby language workshops for 15 years, have had my own baby swimming school, have written my own baby manual and pass on this knowledge through baby manual workshops.
I also teach professionals, have a baby spa and you can have me come to your home for home counseling to help you understand your baby better. Over the years, I gained more and more insight into what little children want to tell us with their body language and behaviors. So many times I thought……

Baby Manual Workshop
A baby manual? Does it really exist?
Because parents in my practice are very happy with the information I share, I started to compile my experiences and tips. Thus, I want to save you the long search I made myself at the time. My mission is to help you understand your baby better, so you dare to trust your mother/father feeling and know what to do in what situation.
Having a baby is a special adventure.
As a new parent, you have a lot to deal with…and of course you want to do it all right! Yet it’s perfectly normal to have moments of doubt now and then.
But you know, there is no such thing as ‘the best approach’.
Every child, every parent and every situation is different.
My main goal with my baby manual is to help you gain more insight into your baby’s functioning, so that with this information you dare to trust your mother’s (or father’s) feelings and from there decide what works best for your baby.

The workshop consists of 1 meeting and lasts about 1 hour.
For whom.
For Fathers and Mothers before or after childbirth.
With this workshop you will learn to really look at your baby and make choices from there: around feeding, sleep, development. Because YOU are the EXPERT of your baby, know your child best and can do a lot yourself, you just need to know what!
The workshop can be followed to prepare your child or parents with babies from birth and is especially interesting for fathers because it gives them tools regarding the care of the baby.
- Here’s how to help your baby with cramps, reflux, sleep problems, get through the jumps….
- This is how you guide your him/her to a healthy rhythm, securely attached and comfortable in his/her skin.
If you want to understand your baby’s crying behavior better, it is recommended to follow the Dunstan baby language workshop.
With these 2 workshops you will be well prepared for the arrival of your baby and you will get tools to understand you better.

BABY MANUAL WORKSHOP
The workshop often takes place in the evening because both parents can come then.
The price is €35 per 1-hour workshop for 1 parent. The second parent is free.

Babyspa

Babymassage
Enjoy together with your child. Through the contact at baby massage, you build a special bond with your baby. It also helps with intestinal cramps and soothes crying babies
Babylanguage
Recognize the crying. Did you know that babies can talk? With their cries they try to make some sense to you. Learn to better understand and care for your baby with the baby language course.
Baby Guide
Why don't I get a manual with my baby? Many questions you may have are: Why does my baby sleep poorly? How do I recognize his signals? In this workshop I will explain all this to you!
Guidance
Babypraktijk Ilse offers personalized counseling, including in people's homes. Could you use some advice? Do you want to be able to better understand and help your child? Together we will find your new balance!
Both the baby language course and the baby massage course are highly recommended! The baby language course gives you many tips and points to watch out for your baby. This has brought us a lot 
The baby massage course is four weeks long, incredibly fun each week. Together with other mothers and still a wonderful one-on-one moment with your baby. Ilse is very kind and sweet and wants the best for everyone. Unfortunately, the course is now over, but Juul and I enjoyed it. Ilse thank you!
